X was designed the other way around — starting from the resident's body, then building the tower around it. The result is a home that quietly does its job for decades, not just a facade that photographs well on day one.

X treats those as design problems, not marketing lines — engineered into the building itself, floor by floor, so residents stop having to solve them on their own.
Most homes trap dust, VOCs and traffic particulates indoors at multiples of the outdoor level. X's ventilation is built to reverse that — drawing in filtered, tempered air continuously rather than leaving it to an open window.
Water is treated at the building level and again at point of use, so what comes out of the kitchen tap doesn't need a second thought — or a delivery subscription.
Tunable fixtures shift from a cool 5000K by day to a warm 2200K by evening, layered by room, so mornings feel alert and nights actually wind down.
